The story
Ochin started with an intent to question every orthodoxy in workflow transformation. Shulagna Dasgupta, our founder, spent over 20 years with Fortune 100 CXOs on transformations of all shapes and sizes. As AI became mainstream, she realized transformations would need to be a lot more frequent, a lot faster, and an in-house business-as-usual capability. The good news is that once designed and tagged correctly, each one feeds the organization’s context graph - so the next starts warmer than the last.
She built Ochin’s service and platform to bring clients both - the high trust of CXO advisory and the high speed of AI-powered transformation. Her goal is that every client becomes 100% self sufficient after one Ochin sprint, running future sprints independently to compound value and create human advantage.
