Who we are

What we collect, and when

Only what you type into one of four places:

• The Dispatch box - your work email.
• A demo request - your work email, and your name, company and description of what you are trying to solve, if you choose to give them.
• The AI-ism Exchange - your work email and the practice you describe.
• Signing into Studio - your work email, and the answers you give while setting up, such as your role and company.

We ask for a work email rather than a personal one, and we turn personal email domains away at the form. We do not buy lists, and we do not collect anything about you from anywhere else.

What we do with it

We reply to you, and we run the thing you asked for. A demo request gets a booking link. A contribution to the Exchange gets a thank you. Signing into Studio gets you a sign-in link and your own saved work.

We only send you the Dispatch, our newsletter, if you ticked the box asking for it. The box is never ticked for you. Giving us your email for something else does not put you on it.

Inside Studio we keep a record of what you worked on and how far you got, so the product can be useful to you and so we can make it better. We may write about what we learn across everyone who uses it, never in a way that identifies you or your company without asking you first.

Leaving

Every Dispatch carries an unsubscribe link. One click, no reply needed, no account to create, and it takes effect immediately rather than waiting for one of us to action it.

To have everything we hold about you sent to you or deleted, write to research@ochin.ai. We keep a record that you asked to be removed, and nothing else - that is the only way to make sure we never contact you again by accident.

Who else sees it

Our email is sent by Resend, and our systems run on Google Cloud. Both are in the United States, and both hold your information only in order to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and our emails carry no tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

While there is a reason to. If you unsubscribe and have no other relationship with us, we keep only the record of your having opted out.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Write to research@ochin.ai and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.

Changes

If we change what we do with your information, we change this page and update the date at the top.
